Kayla is a yoga enthusiast with a passion for helping families develop self-care, mental wellness, healthy eating and yoga practices for better health and quality of life.

Her personal yoga practice began in 2015, which lead her on a path of self-discovery, perseverance, and the desire to take better care of herself: mind, body, and spirit.

Alongside her is her husband Keeton who, inspired by Kayla, started his own personal yoga practice and now the pair practice Acroyoga which they view as their own form of trust building & couple’s therapy.

These yoga practices have spilled over into the lives of their 3 children who are developing their own love of yoga & meditation.
